Flint’s Mass Transportation Authority’s General Manager, Ed Benning received the Aging Partner of the Year Award today from the Valley Area Agency annual meeting and awards breakfast.
“This is certainly an honor and privilege to receive this award,” Benning said, speaking to a audience of over 100 people. “I have the opportunity to work with agencies like the VAAA, and to make a difference. Your Ride is changing to meet the needs of an aging population and we are stepping up to meet the challenge in this community.”
Benning also complimented MTA employees for their consistent teamwork.
